About us
An old industrial loft, located in the heart of the Appia Antica Park. Surrounded by a private garden of 4,000 square meters full of tall trees, flowering shrubs, ancient roses and a large indoor and outdoor parking.
The Loft, has an area of about 185 square meters, wooden floor, skylights and three large windows from sky to ground with semi-blackout electric blinds. It is air conditioned and equipped with WiFi connection and a double bathroom.
On average it can accommodate up to 80-100 people, but the number can also increase by exploiting the outdoor spaces.
Inside the Loft there is a room of about 30 square meters with a bathroom that can serve as a wardrobe.
A large room of 20 square meters overlooks the internal courtyard. with a wooden door that can be used as a catering / dining room or warehouse and an ancient fountain that will frame your photos with the suggestion of the play of lights on the water.
